great amenities and convenient stay!
professional stafffree breakfastfull kitchenvalet delay
i found the staff really kind and professional. breakfast was free and very good! we had a king suite with a full kitchen. i loved the three large windows overlooking the city.
i had some trouble getting the valet guys attention at night. it took like thirty mins to get the car valeted at $60. the whole point of valet is convenience, not delay.

i found carl at the concierge desk especially pleasant. he helped with restaurant recommendations. phaola and tiffany also gave great recommendations.

the hotel is a short walk to the cruise port. the silver line provides free transport from the airport. bus number 7 stops are very close for trips to downtown.

our room was spacious. the room was very clean. there was also a nice ocean view from the eighth floor. the accommodations for our anniversary was special.

The room was a good size and clean, meeting my basic needs for the stay.
The breakfast service was quite disappointing. The coffee was cold and I found it hard to get hot water for tea. The staff did not seem very helpful. I was patient given how busy they were, but I still expected more assistance. The breakfast room felt too small. It was overcrowded with too many guests.

The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast offered decent options. I appreciated the room's cleanliness. It felt new and spacious.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable. My children had to sleep on the floor. The pool was very crowded. We could not access it. Getting fresh food for lunch was difficult.
